New G owner!

Hey guys just picked up a super clean 2009 S coupe 6mt with 46K. The seller took very good care of it. I’ve wanted one for years and finally was able to snag one. Sold my 1998 240sx 7 years ago after having my second child. I was bummed but it was the right decision at the time. Told the wife when the kids get older I’ll grab another toy and that time has come! Couldn’t be happier with my G!

Congrats & welcome to the site, really looking clean there, and 6MT w/ all the goodies, hard to go wrong Any plans ahead?

Probably intake and exhaust for now. Maybe forced induction down the road 🤔

Congrats on the sweet G! I recently got a 2008 G37S coupe 6MT with 39k that was very well taken care of as well! Awesome to see some low mileage older G's out there!
I put a topspeed axleback resonated exhaust on mine and love it, best $280 I spent on the G so far if you're looking for a less expensive exhaust mod it's a great choice. Keeps the stock tone but adds a little bit more growl to it

That’s exactly what I’m looking for, a little more growl but not too much. Thanks for the suggestion. I’ll check it out!

Great looking car.
Have you pulled the steering lock fuse yet.....might just save you $1,000
Worth researching

Welcome to the forum and congratulations on your purchase! It certainly looks like the previous owner took good care of her too. What plans do you have for this beauty?

Thanks! I’ll probably look into an exhaust and intake next summer. Just enjoying her now before I have to put her up for the winter.

Does that only affect a certain range of years, just the coupe, etc...? First I'm hearing of it.

It affects all Infiniti’s and Nissans with the push button start.
A quick check on Google will give you all the information you need.
Suffice to say the lock wasn’t fitted after 2013 I believe.
There was a recall to refit an improved part and that has also been failing
Hope this helps

Thanks, looked right into it after you posted. Looks like I'll be pulling a fuse lol.

Thanks for the insight!
