All in all I’m very satisfied so far. Curious though. How much moneywise to fix that tie rod leak? I paid total 15k out the door with Gap/key coverage. There is a power train warranty for two years/125k miles.

Also...

I’m going to venture a guess and say that the battery is original. Will have all fluids changed this weekend and replacing the cabin air filter. Even though mechanic said they were all okay I still am not sure any maintenance that was done to my G minus a few oil changes. I had a Carfax and autocheck done as well. No accidents or anything showed up.

2 years or 125,000 miles? Wow.

Welcome!

Welcome to the site, congrats on your new G! Looks like a reasonable report too.

THanks for the welcome! I been hanging around lurking for a few months and been looking for a good deal on a G for over a year without me having to drive 100’s of miles and more than likely out of state. I found this one literally a mile from my house. Needless to say I jumped quick. The G I bought was saved 14 Times in one day on car gurus. I didn’t think she would last if I didn’t move quick.

I’m happy to now own one outright and one that will hopefully last me many years until I finally grab a Q60 when they come down in price. 😬. I’m even more happy to be a part of a group like this that cherishes these beautiful cars! 💯

Congrats on the purchase! Is that Graphite Shadow? These cars seem to be very reliable with little maintenance.

Your guess is as good as mine.

i thought personally it was the Graphite Shadow as well but the dealer said it was Blue Slate. Not sure where they got that. Looks nothing like Blue Slate!

Post a pic that wasn't taken with a potato in bad lighting... lol

There's a hint of blue in that pic above, but the lighting and quality is pretty rough.
