Looking for a good diy thread on struts/shock replacement.
Any suggestions?

Here's a DIY on changing to lowering springs but most of the steps will apply for just keeping your OEM spring set. This is for a RWD, the front lower mounts on your AWD will be different, might have to check the FSM for specifics there as far as torque and any additional fasteners involved.

Here's the Front suspension FSM (AWD starts on pg.25)

No problem, if you DIY this and reuse your OEM springs on your new front shocks PLEASE avoid the Harbor Freight spring compressors, we prefer to have our members stay alive

X is VERY limited to shocks, I believe OEM is your only option there unless you go w/ all new coilover set.
