Had my 2010 g37x coupe for a year now and just now want to start doing things to it. Need some tire recommendations and theme \ look ideas. Thanks in advance.

For now I don't plan on lowering For a bit, also looking for opinions on good rotors, mine are pretty much almost done. As of tire size I think I'm leaning towards 19s. Any suggestions for the best fitment and good brands?

Lots of rotor choices. I have the centric premiums - They are basically just OEM style rotors that myself and other have had lots of luck with. The stoptech slotted and/or drilled are the same rotors with a more aggressive look.
Wheel wise, check out the wheel threads for options. Very subjective area, but lots of ideas there.

Yep, what Irish said, lots of choices on wheels, it'll make your head spin.
Need to know what budget you've got ($$ per wheel) and what style you like.
As far as quality brands that aren't insane in price ($450 per, or less).
Check the SSR GTV line, Work Emotion line, Forgestar, Wedssport, and don't forget some OEM Nissan wheels like the 370z Nismo wheels (you'd want the 9.5" front width all around), the Nismos are a forged monoblock wheel (can't get much better).
FWIW if you don't plan to lower your suspension a 19x9.5 +30 to +35 is good, if you go more positive on the offset you may want spacing to bring them closer to the fender, if you go less positive your wheels will poke outside the fenders.
Most of the aftermarket wheels can be found in this link, if you find a few you like post up your favs in the wheel folder & we can help from there.

Lots of great wheel choices out there on the market! Many companies offer Rotary Forged/Flow formed wheels if you're looking for an upgrade from the factory cast wheels!
Nothing wrong with upgrading to OEM factory forged wheels though!

The owner of those wheels "Ape Factory" is a helpful guy, might shoot him a PM for his recent impressions.
Can't go wrong w/ that setup, he's running a small 5mm spacer in front and a bigger 20mm in back to get that tighter fit at the fender. You can run them as-is but they will be sunken into the fenders a bit in front and more in back.
They are priced well, are a quality lighter weight wheel so IMO it's a good choice.
Here's one place that has them, about $300 each, and the 19x9.5 is the size, available in matte black & silver.
