Hey everyone! So I recently got a '10 G37 sedan and so far I've done a muffler delete, plasti dipped emblems and chrome spoiler, plasti dipped the stock rims, and painted the calipers red. I'd like some advice on some other nice mods I could do for under 900 or 800 bucks. Also, does anyone have any recommendations for a set of new rims and tires under $900? I'm feeling bigger tires with 19" rims. Here's what my G37 currently looks like.

a set of coupe sport 19s will be your best bet for that price, don't settle for cheap options

I agree, coupe 19s are some of the best looking budget wheels for the sedan. They were the very first set of wheels that I put on and sometimes I wish I kept them. They can be easily had for under $900 with decent tires.

Other than that, I would recommend a lowering kit whether it be springs or coilovers. A drop will drastically change the look of the car even with stock wheels.

Here's my sedan with coupe wheels and coilovers.

Welcome to the site, glad you found us. Here's a great deal on quality Rays wheels, these are about a third of what they should cost new. https://www.myg37.com/forums/g37-sed...mo-s-rims.html

Those A34 Nismos are 900 now but you'd have to ask about shipping on top

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your G! My advice is maybe save up a little more and don't cheap out on aftermarket wheels. The OEM 19s are your best option for quality and price.

Thanks for the advice everyone! I'll definitely avoid cheap aftermarket wheels.

Still shows $172.50 each, and the shipping (at least to my zip) is about $75, so whole set for $765 to the door :) https://www.parts.com/index.cfm?fuse...r-D03001EA2510

If I were in the market for some new wheels - I'd try to get Kenny's CV3 - I mean cmmon.. those wheels are super sexy! eventhough I prefer Rohana RC7 but them CV3s are amazing

I think it's better to wait and get the quality part instead of rushing and settling with something that you might not like few months down the road.

I'll give anyone interested a killer deal :)

I'm specifically looking for black rims but those nismos do look nice and that's a great price , do they come in black for the same price?

So far these are two examples of black rims that I think would look great on my G.

Here's the second example.

Take a look in the classifieds on this site, there's a few black wheel sets that show up often w/ similar styles. Forgestar makes some nice sets to consider, and no, those Nismos are only in silver.
