Getting a Detail at the Dealer

When I bought my coupe at IOC it came with the 500 club that includes a lifetime free detail every year (or 6 months not sure exactly). Have any of you guys got a detail at IOC ? How is the qualtiy of the detail they do ?
Please share your thoughts.

They've done my twice and I loved it. I could do a better job, but not much better and it sure saves a lot of time. I usually keep my pretty clean though so you don't get as big of a difference for before and after. They use PH balanced products though if that matters to you.

I dropped it off there. Honestly I didn't even think to ask. I know when I picked it up it looked good though. Sorry I can't help more.
