Detail Authority's services. Any good?

I bought a base '06 6MT coupe last Friday(I wanted to wait until next year to purshase the redesigned '08 but I couldn't stop myself:D) and I'm interested in Detail Authority's services in Herndon. I would like them to install Clear Bra, tint the windows, and take care of a minor scratch.

Has anyone used their services which I would like to have performed on my G and if so, did they do a good job? Details will be most appreciative.

I would like to use their services because they're a lot closer than the MD shops. However if they have a poor customer service record, I will not hesitate to use another shop's services.

I got a good deal at Passport which I could not pass up. I knew that I would pay MSRP on a '08 and did not want to wait a year or two for the price to go down.
I paid invoice on the base coupe and they split the frieght fee in half. I liked this one athens blue with premium package which is on their showroom floor. I talked them down to 36,500 out the door.
I didn't want to pay almost 2500 more for premium pack. I'm very happy with the one I purchased.
However, I was not pleased when I saw the floor mats without the infiniti logos. Dealer said that they stopped producing them for '06. I started a thread on this topic on the coupe forum.

Any thoughts on Detail Authority?

i used them to remove dents from a hail storm 2 years ago (2 weeks after purchasing my G). They removed the dents and did a good job with it. however, they are a bit dishonest as the insurance check was for about 1k more than what they estimated and they gave me $0 back which i was pissed about. other than that their work is pretty good...

I would definitely not recommend them for clear bra. If you like you can take a look at the job they did on my '04 G35 Coupe.

I know time is important. But it is definitely worth the drive and cost to get it done right.

Can I ask what happened? Are there a lot of air bubbles?
With your advice, I'll take it to another shop, thanks.

There are a couple of air bubbles on the hood. The clearbra around the front bumper is coming apart at the very top seam. Also the clearbra on the headlights is not a nice fit overlaps over the top of the front bumper.

Mind you it is not very noticeable, unless you are up close.

Good Luck!
