Oil Cooler for track

I currently own a 2008 G37s coupe that i have been tracking for a couple months now. I have a Z1 25row(setrab) thermostatic oil cooler set up and have been happy with for the most part, however, my last day at Thunderhill was in the 100's and even with the cooler my oil temps got to 260*F. I recently purchased a 2010 g37s sedan that will replace my coupe, and thus i am debating pulling the oil cooler, or upgrading to a 34 row cooler.

Is anyone running a 34row for their daily/track car? do they have any complaints about it? I was thinking i could cover the cooler in the winter/when not needed as it doesn't get too cold in CA. More concerned with keeping respectable temps on track than dailyability.
