Would really like to keep this thread going, we don't have enough people going to the strip! I'm in a 13' x coupe and my best time was a 13.76 @102 but I am completely stock. Have test pipes on the way and im hoping to get to the 12s some day.

You going to the big Nissan meet at E town on 8/6? I'll be out there in my X sedan hopefully if it's not ready then the 37 for sure.

how is a NA g37 making 12.77 sec! i know 700HP on E85 and mid 500s with 91 gas making low 12s and high 11's. and they should have at least 200 extra horse power over this NA build. Shouldnt the twin turbo G37's be getting at least 2-3 second better times???

Maybe its the power:weight ratio.

Trap speeds speak to how much power a car has. Quarter mile time is dependent on so many factors such a skill, tire, suspension, axles, etc. Think about all the jokes about 12 second Supras with 1000WHP. Also, it gets exponentially harder to get a lower time once you get into the 11s and 10s.

ok thanks for the tip. i guess it depends on how much of that horsepower is being put down to the road and how efficiently, whether its 340HP or 700.

I guess the chassis mods to this G37 are done really well.

Tons of track runs to get like this. I had a N/A G35 coupe that went 13.13 I learned in that car what I know now. Coupe has at least 300+ runs on it. I have maybe 30 on my 37. My suspension is stock on the 37. street tires 255/40/19 in the back stock size in the front.

Just got told yesterday that I have to work the weekend in CA so I will not be able to make it. Was planning to pay for the drag event today.
