Hi Greg, love the picture you posted haha. But to answer your question, yes that part should be very doable. The only thing I'm not sure about is the hinge area where the mirror can swivel. I'd have to see how that unit is by itself and if there's enough clearance. But let me know if you're interested.

Hey Greg, sorry for all the idiots on here about giving you greif for drilling holes. I am an engineer and was born and raised in Sarasota, Orlando now. Your theories of drilling holes, in the right places are very sound and much too simple and cheap for the manufacturer to do. I saw your exhaust blog with belief, I did this in high school to my Firebird, just takes some experimetation with proper location. I cannot find your piece on drilling the intake box?
