Ryan's customer service skills went well beyond what should be expected from a seller. He sent me pics of the different stages the wheels were in all the way through shipping. A pic of the wheels unmounted and ready to ship in his living room, a picture of the packing materials, a picture of the wheels in their boxes, and a picture of the UPS truck that took them away He makes sure you are happy with what you get, and keeps in constant communication. Anytime a pm or txt message was sent, I would get a response within the hour. I would highly recommend Ryan as a seller.
