We have a 'flat rate' policy within the 48 states:
$110-$130 Front Lips/Diffusers/Wings
$150 Trunk
$150 Front Bumper up to a Full Kit
$150 Hood

All packages are fully insured against any damage during shipping. Majority of our packages are shipped via freight and can take up to 8-12 business days in transit. Packages outside of the USA are subject to custom and brokerage fees. We are not responsible for any customs or brokerage fees. Please check your local customs office for their rates. All products are brand new we do NOT sell any USED or REFURBISHED products unless listed in the title. Some products are for OFF-ROAD use such as showroom or private roads/tracks. We are not responsible for careless misuse of products please read all manufacture instructions. Instructions can be found on manufacturer's websites and available upon request. Please carefully read the instructions in detail before installing. We recommend all products to be installed by a PROFESSIONAL CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN! Improper installation can lead to injuries and damages to your vehicle! Product damaged due to improper installation or usage will void its warranty and may not be eligible for return!

How to Order:
We accept orders over Private Message, E-Mails, Facebook, In-Person, Phone, Text Message, etc.. However, payment method will always be through a secure 3rd party as listed below under 'PAYMENT'. Please have your full address ready for a rate quote, a working e-mail address, and part numbers (if available) ready when ordering.


Payment:
Your information is 100% safe. We do NOT store ANY credit card information in our database. All transactions are done through a secure 3rd party such as PayPal, SQUARE, Bank of America Mobile Checkout and other gateway avenues. Receipts always given electronically through the 3rd party via e-mail. We cannot resend any receipts we can only provide a proof of purchase and a confirmation of payment. We do not accept Cash, Electronic Transfers, Money Orders, or Checks through any non will-call orders. If a buyer opens a claim with their credit card company, paypal, square, or any other merchant used for the transaction. The transaction will fall into that merchant's terms of agreement. All sales are FINAL after dispute has been closed by the merchant tool.


Will-Call . Pick Ups . Deliveries:
We deliver within a 25 mile range for $50 please let us know in advance to coordinate an order! Please schedule a date for all will-call orders to allow us time to have your part pulled and ready to be picked up!


Shipping:
Packages are shipped and deliver as instructed to a confirmed shipping address by the payment gateway. All orders must have a valid Home or Business address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Signature will be required to business or residential - NO EXCEPTIONS. Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared. We reserve the right to hold the order until payment is cleared or confirmed. Once the package departs, shipping information such as destination, consignee, and contact information cannot be changed! The package will need to be returned to us and reshipped at the buyer's expense or the buyer may need to pay a rerouting fee. Tracking numbers will be available the next business day AFTER a package has been shipped. Tracking will NOT be available for any packages shipped via USPS 1st Class Mail - only confirmation. All packages are insured at their value unless otherwise agreed upon by the buyer.

Buyer is 100% responsible for any storage and re-delivery fees if the buyer is unable to receive the package after TWO attempts. Any packages returned to us as a failure to receive will be at the buyer's expense. Once returned buyer will need to pay for shipping once again. Prices and quotes do not include brokerage fees, custom duties, taxes, and will be billed to the customer upon delivery.

Please inspect the package carefully before signing. If you see the package damaged DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE. Simply SIGN “DAMAGED” and contact us immediately within 2 business days. If an item is damaged upon arrival or discovered damaged it is the buyer's responsibility to notify us within 2 business days of the damages. Buyer must comply and assist us in opening the claim and provide all information requested, such as clear images and detailed description of damages, until the claim is settled. If we're unable to complete a claim due to lack of information or communication from the buyer the case will be closed with out compensation.

Some parts may have a 'core charge' applied. Buyer is responsible for the core charge and all shipping charges related to returning the core to us. All core and associated contents must be assembled, undamaged, clean, no missing parts, and in original or greater packaging.

Cancellations & 60 Day Returns:
The buyer may cancel their order anytime before it's shipped to receive a 100% refund. After shipping, parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 60 days of delivery, simply contact a sales representative for a RMA number and safely repackage the item and ship it back to us at the buyer's expense. Refunds limited to the value of the returned item only! Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable - parts returned must be in brand new condition with packaging with no signs of ware and tear, used (installed), prepped, or painted in anyway. If parts returned do NOT meet standards the parts will be partially refunded OR returned at the buyers expense. Returns without a RMA number may not be eligible for a refund and will be the buyer's responsibility to contact us. If you are unsure please take pictures and send it to us at Sales@OutcastGarage.com. Any items left over 30 days will be disposed of.

Warranty:
All parts must be installed by a professional installer. Products that are damaged due to improper installation will not be valid for warranty claim. Please have photos and possibly videos ready for warranty submission. Not all parts may have warranty unless warrantied by the manufacture or stated within our descriptions. Please see manufacturer's website for details on warranty. We are 100% authorized dealers of all products that we carry ensuring a valid manufacturers warranty.

Please read all warranty documents before filing a claim. If you have any questions please contact us. We will be happy to assist you with your warranty claim.


Bodykit:
To ensure all customer's fully aware of what they're buying we will post any known fitment issues and remedies to correct them as soon as we're aware of them. However, do note that these are raw unaltered parts straight from the mold and have NOT been test fitted prior to shipping. It is your duty to test fit or tell the bodyshop to test fit the kit before painting! We do offer prep instructions upon requests please do not hesitate to ask! It is also a good idea to consult your local bodyshop before purchasing the bodykit. We recommend asking your bodyshop if they're familiar with the material, estimate for labor, and estimate for turn around time before purchasing!


Performance:
Please be aware that some products are for extremely modified vehicles and maybe a 'universal' part that may fit several applications and require modifications or major customization for it to fit your vehicle. Example a polished universal catch-can or exhaust tips that require fabrication. We suggest you consult your local technician, repair shop, bodyshop, or your vehicle's online community to understand a product's installation and application before purchasing. We are happy to help please contact us with any questions.

Any claims such as performance gains in the description are provided to us by the manufacture or fabricated based off of a product's specification. Such gains may differ from vehicle to vehicle and we recommend consulting your local specialist or online community to fully understand a product's function and benefits before purchasing. We're not responsible for inconsistent data collected by manufactures used for the description of a product.


Maintenance:
Some parts may require more attention to maintain its appearance and to prevent damage. Items with special finishes such as chrome, polish, or anodizing may require more upkeep to keep their shine. Some body pieces made from carbonfiber may require storage away from UV rays or regular clear coat/polishing to maintain it's shiny appearance. Some performance parts may require special seasonal tuning by certified technicians to prevent damages or to maintain performance levels. Some products may have a expiration date and may need to be replaced to stay within racing regulations or emissions. Please be aware that this upkeep is required once installed. Show-cars and racecars that are seen at events take hundreds of hours to maintain their stunning appearance and high performance levels. Some cars have a whole team of people keeping up with its maintenance! Please consult your local technician, shops, and online community before purchasing.
