Test Pipe bolts keep coming loose

Been running Fast intentions test pipes for about two months and running into problem with bolts keep coming loose where they connect to stock manifold. I guess this is a big problem with all the vibrations and heat?

From my research I found to try Nord Lock washers? I don’t think Loctite would do anything with the high temp. Any help more suggestions thanks

Serrated flange bolts, maybe?

Used these on my SR20 downpipe, which are notorious for backing off, not a single issue in 5 years.

That’s what I’m running. If come lose again I’ll just throw the Nord-Lock Washers on

Fuji Locking Nuts are what I've used on my motorcycle header.
