09 sedan with 133k miles here.
About two years ago the bank II (drivers side) catalytic converter started rattling. The car runs / drives fine but it's annoying when idling. Confirmed it with a mechanics stethoscope. It's the aft converter on the bank. It only does this at idle - when there is exhaust flow there is no rattle.

Not going to buy a $700 OEM cat and don't want to mess around with used ones. Rock Auto cats are ~$240 - $325. I see cats on EBAY for like $150 shipped with a 5 year warranty and brackets. I don't care about performance at this point - want something that will match OEM.

Does anyone have experience with "regular" (non performance) catalytic converters? How about the EBAY parts? I plan on having this car for another 2-3 years and 20k - 40k miles.
