Kinetix High Flow Cats on AWD sedan
I have contacted kinetix themselves and they told me that it's either hit or miss in regards to their HFC on the awd version of the sedan. I have a 2011. Anyone with the X running these HFCs without any issues during install? Will be making a decision based on response. I have been looking at Berk technology which I have seen many posts about and 1320 which is a cheaper option that I've seen on eBay.

I am in the market for some as well. I am not finding much that fit an X. 1320 seem tempting at that price.

Did you ever buy any cats?

I too am in the market for some HFC to put on my x-sedan. From everything I've came across, it seems like the catalyst section of our exhaust is interchangeable between coup/sedan and RWD/AWD. Checking OE-like part numbers from your local auto-parts stores show the same part numbers for coup to sedan RWD to AWD. I honestly wouldn't worry about it...

I just installed mine today, and snapped a couple photos to send to Kinetix to answer this very question, lol. As you can see there’s tons of room, 2008 X sedan

Tried from Z1, but they were expecting it would be summer, so I went direct to Kinetix, great service too, they told me they were 4 weeks out, they were sent in less than 2. I read a few reviews and some guys had issues the supplied nuts-keep in mind they’re a crush nut (very hard to tighten, designed to not come loose), but I used some anti-seize on mine and they worked great
