FI HFC's with stock exhaust?

Has anyone done this? The reason i ask is b/c I'm buying some FI HFC's used off another local forum member and I wont be getting an exhaust for a while. Should just put them on with the stock exhaust for now? Oh yea, I'm buying a Stillen Gen 3 CAI at the same time.
