Grilling season is finally upon us!

I truly enjoy grilling outside this time of year. Good eats, cold beers, and cool breezy Carolina weather.

I'm using a Propane Weber E-330. Great grill... No complaints. Have been using it several times a week for a few years now. This grill has perfected my salmon. I use soaked cedar planks, baste with lemon butter basil and keep temp around 300-325 F.

Share your grilling tips, recipes, ideas or favorites. I know many don't officially start flipping the spatula or tongs until Memorial Day. Some of the Yankees, maybe later than that. I uncovered the grill this weekend, cleaned and fired up. Couldn't resist... The weather was a perfect 68 with a light breeze

lol....too funny, I went to the store to buy some steaks, came back to find this new post

as far as recipes, a good steak doesn't need much...I just rub the steak with olive oil, pepper and a little garlic salt. Right now I have them sealed in a zip bag and will cook them in a couple of hours. Im also grilling some asparagus and making some mashed potatoes.....yuuuuuum !!

love steak

Nice

I've seen some beautiful cars coming out of Guam lately. What's on the grill out there?

The locals like to BBQ short ribs and chicken. Marinade is usually vinegar/soy sauce based. They also like to grill fish (wrapped in aluminum foil). (salmon, mahi mahi, tuna, etc...)

I usually BBQ ribs, finger steaks (carne asada style).

My mouth is watering now...

we don't mess with hotdogs and burgers here....LOL! unless you're in the military.

I know most that are into grilling will have their special sauces that they will share with no one for certain meats... but lets share some sauces that are more commercial for all of us to try as well if we havent and should!

Anyone willing to throw out some sauces that are a much try for grilling?
