WOW...did our cars depreciate that much?

as title says...this sucks. i mean it might be because its BASE SPORT model..? or hes getting repo'ed and wants to sell it himself or but man this sucks for the rest of us that own g37's. maybe im just flippin out cause i still owe alittle over 40k+ after taxes n interest lol. This makes other people out there think our car are cheap to buy lol

The seller might just be trying to get rid of it fast. Kelly Blue Book still doesn't even have the G37 as an option to select to get a value for.

A base model 6spd G37S msrp for $37k, it invoice for $34k with the dealer conquest cash of $1000 and lets say $500 under invoice cause its year end clearance, that means you can get a brand new 08 for around $32500. so would you spend $32,000 for a used one when you can get a brand spanking new one for $32,500? Thats why a gently used one is going for around a high $29,000 to $31,000ish. Of course this is the base model we are talking about, no premium or navi and 6spd. imagine the non sport automatic base base, not even the Journey model. lol

Agreed... The seller is either desperate or the car has major problems like a salvage title.

yeah ive been checkin edmunds.com before and after i bought the car. look at the resale value and before about 3 months ago the rating was above average and just recently it dropped below average =( lol
