G37x sedan Won't Start but Fans Stay On Max Speed
2010 G37x sedan 95k
Car won't start, all the dash lights comes on and the radiator fans comes on at max speed when I try to start it. It doesn't even crank. It reads the key, locks and trunk works, also gives me the press brake + push image to start the car. Checked all the fuses and none are blown (positive terminal cable, both boxes next to battery, box next to driver side intake hose, and box next to parking brake pedal) Disconnected battery to see if a reset would work but nothing, does the same thing, Battery has enough juice, but I will charge it over night with the negative disconnected Already have the fuse pulled for the steering lock (pulled the fuse while in ACC) I did hook up an AEM oil pressure gauge, BUT did not disconnect the negative terminal before I began work. But when I was done that's when this issue started. Used an add a circuit and tapped into the cig 15a fuse next to the parking break pedal. I went back a checked if I damaged anything. But nothing was damaged. Removed the gauge and sensor and returned back to stock, but problem still persist. Car ran fine before I hooked up the oil pressure gauge. I believe something may have developed a short somewhere that's why the radiator fans turn on to the max, I just don't know where or did I fry my BCM or ECU by not disconnecting the negative to battery before starting work on the gauge? Any insight is appreciated |
