That's called kidnapping..... Call the police........ get your car towed somewhere explain the situation or don't...... just tell them it wont start.

yea let the cops handle it. he vandelized ur car. that should count for something. then have him fix it if he wants the charges dropped. dont let scrubs like this get away.
