Am i getting ripped off??
So I need my 60k service done and also my rear brakes. The dealership quote was 480 for the 60k service and 315 to replace and resurface my rear brakes/rotors. This new shop that I want to try has a total coming out to 1086 which is more than the dealership. I asked why and they said they specialize in z/g's. So my question is am I getting ripped off? I attached the breakdown of the quote given to me.
Another thing is that my tires(michelin pilot sport as 3's) do not last as long as i want them too. They are low (3 are 4/32 and one is 3/32) and i've only driven them around 18000 miles. Has anyone else had similar experiences with their tires? I already did one warranty replacement (1st set around 15k miles) and I may need to do one again.
Any input will be appreciated.

I think the expected life span of those Michelin's, and other comparable compounds, are around 15k. I could be wrong though.
IMO ...very overpriced, none of those services require 'special' G/Z knowledge and should take a shop 1.5 hours; especially with a lift. Longest services would be the Brake bleed/fluid change and tire rotation @ 15 minutes max?
That said, Labor is going to be pro-rated and that labor estimate seems to be milking the clock. OEM rotors are overpriced by 4x IMO (Rockauto has IPL Specific rear rotors @ $60.00/ per vs 110 / per what they are quoting for a comparison) and OEM pads are x2 more expensive than performance aftermarket that can be found on Rock Auto as well. The majority of the fluids are basic and nothing special; the Redline is pretty nice though...so they have that going for them.
I wouldn't use them. Any Indy shop can perform those services and the best thing I did was when I used the local Monro Muffler to perform my axle replacement. Saw a modified Fox body and 05-06 GTO in front of the store and decided to check it out. Turned out that the local guys knew a thing or two about cars and told me to go ahead and buy the parts I wanted and they'd do the install for labor only. Try to throw work their way when I can.

The michelin's warranty is 45k, and I was hoping to get atleast 35 to 40k since these tires were so expensive. I paid around 1000 total for the tires and installation at NTB, after doing the warranty replacement I paid around 640 after having driven 15k miles.

I'll definitely check the manual and ask the dealer what they will be doing. 480 is still expensive, and I was hoping that by going the non dealer route it would be cheaper, but it looks like that is not the case. Any recommendations for service in Ga?

I'd hit up the folks in your region. They'll be better suited to answer that question; or you might find that someone has recommended a shop near you already. See below

My wear on the tires is even and I have been doing rotations. First set was rotated around 7500 miles and replaced at 15k. This set was rotated around 8500 miles, which i guess means that i should be rotating around 3 to 4k miles each time.

most of that work i'd do myself, and i'm no master mechanic, with the exception of the brake fluid because i'm getting lazier as i get older.
just changed all 4 rotors and pads, saved a lot of $$$.
i'm going to the dealer for transmission fluid soon ... because lazy.
air filter, cabin filter, oil, spark plugs, brake pads ... all pretty easy.

Almost everything listed is just an inspection. You can do cabin filter yourself (I did). If something needs replacement, they will charge you more. Waste of $

Well guess I just got ripped off.. also after having my michelin pilot sport as 3 for 18000 miles I've decided to try BFgoodrich comp2. Hopefully this one lasts longer than 25k miles..
