Blower Motor not functioning

I'm new. Let me know if I'm breaking any rules. Blower stopped working. A/C still functions fine, so does heat. Basically the climate control aspect is peachy keen but, my fan is not working. Any quick tips on where to look before I break out the multi meter and search for all the damn electrical schematics online? Thanks.

What year and model? Maybe we can point you in the right direction. Anything else not working? Bunch of fuses and relays involved...

Sorry, derp derp. It's a 2011 g37 sedan. And it's literally just the blower. AC turns on and the heat works. I can feel the climate change in the vents. It's just not blowing. Other than that, the digital display for the unit functions normally.

OK, a couple places to look. Start with the pair of fuses #21 & 22 in the passenger compartment fuse box near the driver's left leg. (see pic below) Oddly, these two 15a fuses seem to be wired in parallel and maybe represent 30 amps total(?). In any case, if one has failed I would expect the other to quickly follow - so check them both.

If those seem good then behind those fuses is the next possible culprit, the blower relay. You'd need to get further into testing to figure out if that's the issue - hopefully it's just fuses. But fyi, the service manual covering most of this is right here:
Factory Service Manuals - NICO Club

Thanks as always to NICO club.
