Yeah, I kinda thought about getting aftermarket wipers, especially since the OEM ones are special order, apparently. But, I'm a huge stickler for OEM, so I paid a butt-load extra to get OEM wipers! $50 for the OEM frames and I am not sure if that includes inserts.
The non-OEM ones on my 4 year old Q60 are garbage, I would guess they are 2 yrs old, and they suck. Not sure what brand, but I bought the car earlier this year with these already on the car. I leased a 2016 GTI for 36 months, never changed the wipers and they were perfect even on month 36.

How did they fit your G37? Would you recommend them? Looks like the OEM inserts are discontinued for Sedan looking online. Darn!

I installed the OEM wipers. Taking off the aftermarket wipers (which are pictured above) I couldn't tell the manufacturer, they had a P/N and a DOM on them, but Google didn't return a match.
Anyways, the OEM wipers are way better quality, they feel more substantial, not so plasticky. Definitely a device that can be serviced and reused many times with new inserts.

OEM Blade seperated from the frame mid-typhoon and left a nice windshield scratch I'll have to fill. According to the records, these lasted just under 2yr.
Picked up Bosch Icons at the NAPA, visually theyre eons better than flimsy OEM rubber. On OEMs the inserts are cut to a mm width to slide into the frame where it will inevitably fail. Time will tell if Bosch's are much more substantial.

Edit: I looked very closely at the original insert.
It's stamped Mitsuba MOB2-S2-085 400mm . Could someone else with a sedan take a look to see what theirs say? Other posts on here reference a 425mm length (although that's for coupe I think).
