Radio won't come on just some loading message
 

2011 G37 Can't get radio or anything on the screen to work it says: program loading, please insert disc, please wait a moment, caution, please do not change the Ignition position.

this is only thing it will show on the screen and none of the buttons for radio,, cd or navigation work. Can anyone help please, thanks.

Wonder if the HDD in your car died? Post a pic of the message.

Did this occur "out of the blue" or...? And to iCrap's suggestion, can you post a pic of the screen w/ the error message?
