touch up paint if you want a quick easy fix. no big deal about this.... my tire shop scratched my black painted wheels all around when they put on new tires and i wasnt as pissed

Stock rims, looks like a coating of some sort.

Find a wheel repair shop in your area and get an estimate. They'll have to dismount the tire, sand down the scape, prime, repaint and clear to make it look like new.

^ for that stock 17" rim i'd just find a mobile rim repair truck and toss them $50 cash for the fix. they'll get it looking 95% and re-balance if needed. not as good as a proper rim repair shop, but that would cost $150.

i had all 4 rims touched up when i got my G37S, slight curb rash from the previous owner. i drove around dealers until i found a truck stationed at a BMW store. tossed them $200 to get all 4 done. worked for me, and i never curbed them after that.
