If you needed some green, I got almost a whole bottle. Mine has blue. Yours now is yellow. Mine looked low, so I put in some distilled water. I had that on hand. Later I checked it and it was higher than the level I remember filling it. My garage is on a slight decline, didn't think it would effect it that much.

I plan on getting it flushed soon, but the fluids I have changed so far were all pretty new. I have had the car for a year.

I guess I will do the flush soon to remove all of the Green out of my car and put in the "NISSAN BLUE MAGIC LIQUID" in. You guys make me feel better now since I know I am not the only one with have Green Coolant in my car LOL.

I did a full flush w/ the green, has been running great for the last 20k miles. Used the same in my 2000 Max, and my 93 T100 too. The Lisle no spill funnel kit makes it a breeze!

For the people who are saying that something other than Nissan blue coolant will damage someone's car, shame on you. For the most part, coolant is coolant, and as long as you end up with a good 50/50 mix for colder climates, you should be fine. That said, I would recommend just running one type of coolant in the car and not mixing one brand with another. If you already have a mix in the car, just drain it all out, fill it back up with one brand and bleed the system off.

If you are running pure water, which actually cools the car better than coolant and water mixed, I would recommend adding the Redline water wetter, stuff is great and can help lubricate as well.

mine has always been green. was green when i bought the car 18 months used, and i had the dealer do a flush/fill a few years ago where they used green. dealer also used green to re-bleed about 2 years ago when they did the timing cover gasket under warranty. in short, all green all the time using OE & dealer fluids

as said by above post, as long as the fluids are compatible with our aluminum systems and mixed appropriately, the color is somewhat irrelevant.

The early model G37's came with green. Infiniti has since switched to Blue. That is why some of you see green while others have Blue.

No, I bought the car, 2012 Sedan Journey, at 46k from the original owner which was an old women, and she never get the car done for the coolant service. So I assume the car came with the Green coolant from the beginning. However, now I have the Blue in the overflow tank, and the Green in the radiator. I don't have to time to do the flush yet, so I will keep my eyes close to the temp of the car as well as how the engine acts. But I will try to do the flush ASAP when I have time. Man, I hate to remove the intake air box when do the flush on this G37.

I wouldn't worry about it. The amount you pour into the overflow is such a small amount compared to what's already in the upper and lower hoses, radiator, engine block and heater core.

Yea I actually never seen the blue in any Nissan Ive owned, my 2004 G35 had green and when I did the flush used green again. It was pain to burp the coolent from that system.

Folks need to get their facts straight. If you buy the 50/50 mix, then it's blue. If you buy the 100% concentrate (which is likely what the dealer uses), then it's green. As for third party coolants, I think the important factor is it doesn't use silicates.

My BLUE bottle looks like the one in your Amazon link. Before that, I add the 50/50 Green Prestone into the overflow tank. I guess it's not going to hurt, or at least I hope so .

After some more research, it looks like the nissan green is not 'long life'. Not sure what that means exactly. I do a drain/fill every 3-4 years regardless of miles. It's cheap insurance against cooling system issues. Bought 2 gallons of the blue premixed from the local nissan dealer last time. IIRC it was around $20/gal. Will do the same next time.
