Dude you've got a seized engine! That is what happens when you run with no oil. BTW AAA gives free towing up to 200 miles. Find another vehicle. Telcoman |
Yea if its seized its essentially totalled. A 09 G is worth less than an engine replacement. RIP.
|
How often did you change the oil? Previous owner negligence could have contributed to sludge build up and engine damage that led to this. I'd second what Telcoman said. Expensive repair. I'd go with the used engine or new car.
|
I have seen Engines for $1450 the Install probably about the same. It would be cool if you upgraded the New Engine to handle more power.
|
Your engine may very well be seized, but before doing anything drastic I'd check to make sure the battery cables are clean and tight, there's no corrosion inside the casing of the battery cables, and the grounds are clean and tight.

I appreciate all of your feedback. Thank you, btw.
1st question, if the engine was seized as you keep saying. Wouldn't I not even be able to crank it at all? It's completely sounding normal with full power and just sounds like it's not getting air or gas. It has plenty of juice trying to start. Next, so far I have checked battery, fuel pump fuse, fuel pump is making a priming sound like it should, I also checked the fuel pressure with a guage today and it did not mark anything upon trying to start. Usual sign the fuel pump is bad, but I sprayed the intake(all factory btw) and even after spraying it would not turn over. Then I disconnected the camshaft sensors one at a time, then both at the same time, tried to turn it over again. No luck. Went on the mass air flow sensors and repeated the same process. One at a time then both off together. Nothing. There is absolutely no clanking when I tried to start it, no weird noises, no weird smells or smoke coming from anywhere. None of that. Hopefully all that can give you a better idea of where I am. Thx again. |
change your fuel pump and find out. if there is no pressure at the fuel rail i would assume fuel pump
