You're right. It was Coupe, Hatchback and Vert. I'm an idiot, and I corrected my post.

Technically my G (2007x sedan) is the first car I have ever owned...

However, previously I owned:

1983 RZ350 with an 85 engine jetted and tomei piped
1989 FZR 400 with a GSXR 750 Front end and fairing kit... talk about a BBk lol

after that ... various cars I commandeered from family members for extended periods and maintained in exchange:

1984 Plymouth relient K Car- learned body work on this car
1989 Plymouth Caravelle (Gran fury) - learned engine and body work on this car
1994 Cutlass supreme
2000 Jetta sedan

Then lots of Subways in whatever city I lived in at the time for 15 years or so and voila...the G

Bikes count too! FZR with GSXR front end/fairing. Very nice! That probably made for a comfortable yet really sporty looking bike! I actually owned a 1988 GSXR 750 back when I was 19 and 20. It was a really nice bike and had the new "J" Chassis design.

Right before my G, I had a 2005 Honda Accord coupe. My brother has it now, it doesn't look this good anymore lol.

No biggie... I'm getting old too and can't seem to remember even half of the details of some of the cars I've owned.

I remember her 240SX Coupe well, because she pretty much bought the car out from under me. So I ended up finding a similar deal on a 240SX hatchback but didn't buy it because I didn't like that body style as much. It wasn't all bad because I ended up buying my Eclipse GSX instead which I owned for about 10 years. To this day I think that was still my favorite car.

That page you created on your automotive history is awesome BTW. I wish I had pictures of all of the cars I've owned so I could put together something like that... Oh, and not to mention the ability to put a web-page together... technically savvy I am not. LOL

Thanks man...I think you mean uncomfortable though lol...man those Gixer drop bars were low, my wrists are hurting just thinking about getting stuck in traffic on it, but definitely looked super sporty...oh to be 17 again....your J Chassis was definitely the real deal though I would have loved to have had one

Hey, same gen Accord as me before the G haha. Was it a V6? I had the 4 cylinder sedan, slow as hell and tons of body roll but not bad looking for an appliance car tbh.

Yeah I had the V6, 6 speed. It wasn't slow, but nothing like the G, of course.

Very nice, I've heard Honda 6 speeds are an absolute dream. Seems like the best version of the car tbh haha. Though I'm glad I didn't have a car as clean as yours when i was learning to drive, that Accord took a few scrapes in my high school parking lot!

Yeah I definitely miss that clutch, especially compared to the G lol. So smooth and easy to drive. Really the only reason I moved on from it was because I was ready for a RWD.

2012 fully loaded 3.5 Altima. Thought it was a pretty quick car... until I drove the G37.

When I bought my 240SX brand new in 1992, I was cross-shopping the car against the Mazda MX6 and the Honda Prelude. After numerous test-drives, rear-wheel drive won the day. Took me a couple of Maximas to come back home.

I'm sure at the time they seemed similar at the time but with the benefit of hindsight those other two choice aren't even in the same league as the 240, good choice

2001 Oldsmobile Alero 5MT 2.4
2001 Acura CL-S
2009 Honda Civic sedan
2009 Hyundai Genesis sedan
2013 Hyundai Genesis coupe
2012 Infiniti G37X sedan.

This is also the longest I've kept a car without impulsively getting something else.
