Not even remotely close to being the right forum thread for this lol, but the part number seems to come up the same.

Looks really, REALLY good, Andy. You do some really nice hand stitching work... sweatshop quality!

Morimoto.

Been pondering a Mushimoto radiator and mangled the two names together.

Hexotic,

I don't care for the colour scheme choice, but+1 on the excellent stitching skills you really did a great job.

I was working on mine very slowly in my free time and tore the thread on the prestitched part the other day...I think that means the whole thing is gonna unravel and I have to just order another one and start over...good thing I'm just doing it on a spare steering wheel and not on the one on the car....

Hey Hex, what color combo is that? My interior is the same color combo as your wheel and while I've read quite a few threads where people mention stone and graphite I don't know which is which and, up until this point, I've been too afraid to ask.

Is stone the 12 and 6 position while graphite is at 3 and 9?

Damn, that sucks. I found the thread redline uses to be inferior to the thread that came with the Chinese covers I stitched before. It gets frayed very easily. As for the colour choice, it makes sense in my interior since it's not black. the black bezel throws it off a bit too. It's a spare steering wheel as well. I did screw up the light gray bit by a tiny bit, should have been a bit darker, but still works.

So the stone interior is graphite. Its all grey tones like what Rochester has. My steering wheel would fit his car spot on. My interior is wheat, so its grey and beige instead of grey/black/light grey.
I screwed up a bit when ordering, so the grey only really matches my floor mats and neck pillows, but still matches. The charcoal would match the grey of my interior better, and the grips should just have been full black, but oh well.
So 12 and 6 are medium grey

Here are my order details:
Products: Infiniti G37 (V36) 2008-13: steering wheel cover
Material: Medium gray/Charcoal PRF
Threads: Medium gray
Amount $: 126.19 USD

EDIT: Redline is cool in a sense that they will send you a sample pack of any leather you ask for. So you can perfectly match it to your car. Just email them. I got too excited and rushed the process. If you want to skip this bit, go to Rochester's build thread and scroll to the pages where he did his armrest and shift boot. He did a really good job showing the leather samples and how they match the rest of the interior. Around page 70-72 in his thread.

AFAIK, the G only had four leather colors:

Black
Black is black is black

Stone
Which is so light it's almost cream, but not white.

Wheat
Basically a beige color, or tan. Not available with Sport Package

Monaco Red
Only on specialty models

Yeah, theyre very similar. As an example, random google shot of the stone:

And an old pic of my wheat interior with the current steering wheel:

Wheat commonly comes with the maple trim.

A slightly more current pic with the lighter floor mats that will match the new wheel: (dont mind all the dirt, this was during a rough winter when I had no time to clean the inside. Black ***** are now machined silver ones instead)
