Installed SPL front and rear control arms, front and rear endlinks, tie rod ends, and SPC toe bolts. I forgot to buy eccentric lockout bolts for the rear camber arm so I may my own.



Also mounted some NT555G2 in 245/45R18 and 275/40R18 on my Advan/AVS Model 6 wheels in 18x8 +30 and 18x9 +35

If you were a buying something, you wouldn't say how much you want them and if you were selling them, you wouldn't say how horrible you think they are.

Looking at the tread again, I sold them for $60, I figured that was reasonable. I bought them for $100 in October.

I hate run flats, didn't know that the SSR on the side meant run flat. My tire guy retired and when I asked him for something, he would tell me, "I got some run flats." To which I would say no thanks. I think almost everyone except continental say run flat on their tires. They also didn't have that great of grip.

Had Z1 diff cover and diff bushings installed along with MeisterR ZetaCRD coil-overs. The diff bushings gave my mechanic trouble, even with the Z1 tool. Reinstalling the diff took nearly four hours. That was the first and last diff bushing set he's going to install on Nissan platforms.

You mounted 18" tires on 17" wheels

I have made up my mind. As my tires wear out, I'm going back to the duckfeet... squared rears though.

My mechanic had more trouble with the sub frame sleeves, still did it in less time then he charged me for. Later he told me that my Sub frame was replace in 2013 and didn't need any of that stuff. Thanks for telling me later.

Well, "didn't need any of that stuff" in the context of your subframe bushings being new-ish and not at all worn out. But you didn't get them because your bushings are worn out. So that's how I'm looking at it, and is why I'm interested in your opinion, when you get there.

I got them because I thought the bushings were worn out. There was the dreaded silicone all over the diff cover. My mechanic said that was from when it leaked prior to being replaced in 2013. I got the sleeves figuring they were going in their anyway. Well I don't have to worry about either of them anymore. My mechanic says that he took the diff and drained it completely on his work bench. Both bottles of Mobil 1 were used.

Ah, I see. He wasn't saying you didn't need the sleeves (which you don't "need" them, that's likely true), what he was saying is that you didn't need a new main diff bushing... right?

Yeah, that sucks. But hey, it's a suspension upgrade, and you won't ever have to worry about the bushing getting blown out.
