2010 G37xS sedan - power windows & locks dead
As the title states, my sister's g37xs' power windows and locks are dead. Her car was in the bodyshop (actually still is) for a really minor accident, someone stopped short to make an illegal U-turn my sister couldn't stop in time. Should have only been a replacement bumper and minor re-alignment.
When we got the car back the power windows or locks would not function FROM ANY OF THE DOORS, the bodyshop checked all the fuses and said they were all good. They want to replace the master window switch, but in all honestly this looks like a shot in the dark to me. I was cringing at them sloppily taking a flathead screwdriver to all the panels ripping them off (I'm sure I will find scratches when I look closer).
Anyone know why this could be happening? Does a master switch failure make sense?
