If you wait it out, you may get the color spoiler you want. Platinum Graphite K51 spoiler was just newly listed.

Nice post! I'll be keeping an eye out for liquid platinum spoilers and a midnight grill that fits an 09...

I use this site for most of my install questions, they allow you to download the same .pdf that dealerships use.

https://www.infiniti-techinfo.com/

Here is the install guide you were asking for:

Is drilling a must to install the spoiler? Can it be held with the same screws as the chrome piece?

You MUST drill holes into the trunklid to fit the OEM spoiler. However, to make it a reversible mod, some people are only drilling the holes underneath the chrome trim and not the two at the very ends of the spoiler. If the OEM spoiler is installed that way, it could be removed and replaced with the chrome trim if needed.

The link posted in the thread above yours shows this pretty well.

You can just drill holes underneath the chrome spoiler that you'll be removing. Get yourself some 3M double-sided automotive tape and tape that thing down. It won't go anywhere.

Also I was looking at these. I have a 2010 Graphite Shadow Paint Code KAD. The P/N on Infiniti's website is K6030-1NF5A and the P/N for the eBay seller is K6030-JK75B. Dunno how I feel about that...

The color code they provide is definitely different than what Infiniti provide. From my understanding this Is the code Infiniti dealership get before dealership get the product. My code was way different but I just got my spoiler and its a perfect match.

This is just a guess, but I wonder if that's the pre 2010 part number for G37 rear spoilers with camera.

The color is different on 2010+ models and 2009-older models. I always though I had platinum graphite, but it turns out that I have graphite shadow. WHO KNEW?!

I'm going to clarify EVERYTHING here regarding color and part numbers. You can find the color code in your door panel sticker on your own car.

Discount Infiniti Parts | Genuine, OEM Infiniti Parts | Infiniti Accessories | Huge Instock Inventory

Use this link to find the part number of your car. Some of these are from 2009 spoilers, so as long as the paint code matches, you're all set. You can change the sedan to the newer year models and see if the part numbers match too.

Well that's the problem - the newer P/Ns are a different coding structure. I'm pretty sure the P/Ns provided on the eBay listing are legacy or obsolete. You are correct however regarding the paint code - as long as it's the correct paint code, you're golden.
