Yeah, I'm sure as they were flying off the shelves they realized people would be willing to pay more of these. Remember I saw them for as low as $240 shipped when I first shared the information on here. That's insane.

Im going to order with 12k front and 6k rear (true type) hopefully this will work

Has anyone thrown an ABS U1000 code without any dash lights coming on? Saw that it could be a bad ABS sensor or fuse, but most people had some light with it too. I have no clue how long this has been there, hadn't got the car scanned for a while.

U1000 is a CANbus communication error code. Just simply clear it. I wouldn't worry about it unless you exhibit other noticeable problems like other lights on the dash.

I have experienced several Nissan vehicles with code U1000 that stood alone. No problems were found in any of the systems, yet the code persisted. Exhibiting no driveability or operational problems, the code was simply ignored.

It's kind of funny how divided the community is on these cars. Some people love the ***** out crazy modified look, and some people are the purists who don't stray far from OEM. I like both but that's just me.

Took the car out over the weekend, and parked deep in the parking lot at the local Wegmans, which is typical parking behavior. Walking through the lot, I turned and glanced back at my car, which is also typical, I'm not proud. Then a little further in, I stopped again and looked back, staring at the car and reflecting on what I was doing. It occurred to me that I'm 55 years old, and I've owned this car for over 7 years. It's just a car after all, and there are certainly better rides to be had, yet I still do this rubberneck thing every single time. Seriously, every. single. time.

I decided that I must be doing something right, because I still have that proud-new-owner thing going on. And there's nothing wrong with that.

I prefer to not be OEM, but in a way that still looks OEM to someone who appreciates cars but doesn't know the G enough so that they have to ask, "Is that OEM?" Knowatimean?

If I had deep pockets and garage space, I'm quite sure I'd own some kind of resto-mod.

I just get all types of comments on my car already: Burn it with fire or I got people getting selfies with it and asking me to make an instagram for it lol. Like wth lol. But and the end of the day you gotta do you .

*EDIT*

Does anyone know which company/vendor was responsible for the Stance coilover issue (Dampers being incorrect)? I just want to make sure I never purchase from them.

Just a warning from my experience 6 kg/mm for the rear is probably going to be too light for a sedan even with a true coilover set-up in the rear... especially if you carry any loads in your trunk your most likely going to get some sagging.

Yeah, I know exactly what you mean. I do the exact same thing pretty much every time I walk away from my car... even more so right after it's had a nice bath. Pretty impressive that level of pride of ownership is still there after 7 years with the car (over 10 years for me)... Good for you!
