I don't like the 'duck feet' either. They do make a decent winter wheel though

Before I owned the car, I have to admit that I felt the wheels looked a bit odd as well. I preferred the Sport Wheels from the 07-08 G sedan (or included in the sport tire and wheel package from 09-13), but those will not clear the massive brakes on the Sport model. Now that I have owned them for a few months, they are growing on me. I think they look especially nice on the Liquid Platinum. In addition, they are the easiest wheels to clean!

The brakes were a must for me. I know that few would ever know the difference between the brakes in the base Journey and the Sport, but you have to admit they change the look of the car. In addition, when you throw in all of the other items included in the Sport package, it's a steal for the 2k window sticker price.

Again, while the sedan is not pushing the envelop of cutting edge design, it's handsome and somewhat unassuming looks will not look aged in 10 years time. Similar to the first gen G (recall everyone said it looked boring when it was introduced as well).

No, not in a staggered configuration, they don't. Snows are one of two good arguments for a square setup.

But I totally get your point. And assuming your duckfeet have been relegated to winter rats, then yes, I hate you.

ahh yeah Rochester... a lot better than the Journey rims yet still not digging mine either.... but the car looks pretty damn good dropped even with the duckfeet on ! take a look here...

Even spacers alone would probably improve the look without dropping it. dragion's pic here... on swifts, IIRC.

I want spacers for my X Sport. And I think I am one of the few people that don't mind the sport 18s.. haven't since first introduced on the 09 Sports either.. haha

I don't have a sport, just a plain old journey x. I'm running spacers on 18s right now and I, visually, don't see that much of a difference as far as where they sit in relation to the body. Perhaps that's because I know there will be a squared set of 19s on it soon?

I dunno, I know mine isn't a sport but I still think it's a good looking vehicle. I looked at others but this is definitely my preference.

I will admit, this car does look infinitely (.....) better with bigger wheels and a drop, as well as the sport package. I stand by what I said, though, stock/no sport package this thing does not look the part that it should IMO. Gonna go check out a 2012 G37x for 26,900, if they're willing to give me a fair trade-in I'll prolly go pick that up. Thanks

I think 15mm square on an xS with 18" x 7.5" sport rims, but don't recall directly. Ask him. Dude loves talking about his car.

Not me. I think Swift springs nails the perfect height, baring dialing it in yourself with coilovers.

the one area of the sedan if it needed a redesign i would say the rear end, the g37 coupe is simply beautiful in all angles.

For some reaosn I really like the look of the "duck feet" wheels, they seem to flow nicely with the car, especially with a minimal drop and some spacers.

He is 20mm all around if I recall. I'm actually getting ready to do the same setup on my xS, swifts and 20mm all around. Now I just need to pull the trigger on the Akebono's.
