Loss of power

Hey what’s up. I was wondering if you can give me some advise on what’s I should do. My car for a while has been having some issues. My engine feels jumpy, my rev slightly increases, brake lights and battery lights flash on really quickly. Took it to an electrician he recommend me to change the alternator. I just installed a brand new one I’m still having the same issue. Any help please. My car has a few mods. Changed the intakes, test pipes, straight pipe, and flow master exhaust. Added GEL battery. Been to several Mechanics and they were unable to determine what’s causing it.

Tried changing the battery temporarily just to see if the issue persists?

Maybe an ECU reset?
