A dealer once told me that G37S 6MT sedan sales are around 200 per month.

'11 OB 6MT, graphite interior. Only modifications thus far are 35% tint and interior LED's. Plans for the spring/summer are '11 coupe 19's (should be here in a week), vinyl-wrap the grille, window trim, and trunk finisher in gloss black, and Eibach drop. Located in Cincinnati.

Here's a good question for the 6MT Crew... has anybody here done the clutch pedal mod yet? It sure has me curious.

I haven't tried removing the clutch spring altogether but I have added the lower spring-rate version that was part of a group buy late last year. I would say it provides slightly better feedback....nothing drastic. I have also attempted to adjust the engagement point via the clutch pedal fork but didn't really notice a major difference with that either. All-in-all, better than stock, but I don't feel like I'm driving a different car. But, they're cheap and easy so I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both.

I did both clutch mods within a week of purchase.
I removed the spring first followed by modifying the clutch travel.
I liked it better immediately but if you have gotten used to the factory setup it would be a tough call to change it but I recommend anyone try it out. If you don't like it you're out $5 and an hour of your time.

200 a month seems like a lot. I had a hell of a time finding one.

They sell almost 5,000 G sedans a month, so 200 is nothing...

When I got mine 6 months ago it was literally 1 of 5 available in the Northeast (they showed me the inventory list). I'd guess less here and more on the always sunny side of the country.

I did remove the spring on mine and I could finally feel the engagement point. Drove it like this for 2-3 months but I think I started developing stress fractures on my left leg .
So I changed it back to stock and to my surprise my leg knew exactly where the engagement point was even though I couldn't feel it now.
Muscle memory rocks.
