I'm going to be getting some cats soon. Whenever I install them, I know I'll need to get a tune then.

I ordered those parts from my dealer already and waiting to get them installed next week. I am still debating whether or not to put on the intake as I heard that the engine will be running lean that can cause issues. There isn't a conclusive answer to this after tons of researches. The closest tuner is about 500 miles away from me so I don't want tuning if possible even if that mean leave the intake out.

I assume you don't have any issues with the combo so far?

No issues. Most issues I've seen are from running at high RPMs, which is where the AFR tends to get thrown off.

I am startIng to wondethur g3 intake has nothing to do with engine running lean or rich. Every g37 is different, the way car is dynoed, temperature or humidity or somehing else could play a part in the results. If youre not tubo charge your car you should be fine??

All I know is the folks at the dealership haven't spoken of any adverse affects of installing this combo, and they endorse Stillen all the way.

The video link is not working. I know this is an old post, but if you can provide a link, I'd appreciate it!
