Beautiful. Tough looking sedan you've got there, Saltman.
Seeing my 4DSC decal just made my day.
Got to represent! Thanks Rochester. Always been a fan of your ride.

Thanks! Easier to let it go a little longer between washes more so than white but it definitely calls for attention once shined.

Vibrant Red, Moonlight White, and Blue Slate are my favorite colors
Lights are definitely on the list. I gotta get rid of that chrome. Been debating pulling the DIY route with the help of the write ups in the diy section or just paying for it. I just know if I try to tackle it myself, I'm not gonna have everything I want, just the basics... paint and clear lens swap. Buying, I want quad switchback halos and satin black housings (maybe with gloss black shrouds). I just don't feel comfortable doing it myself though. But I'm itching to get it done already. Just got more pressing mods I want to get first...
But you can also see the purple at night if car is under a streetlight
I look at Malbec and see a really nice metallic black, but then all of a sudden, wait... is that purple? Works for some, but not everyone. I'll say this, my wife loves purple. It's the go-to color for things like jewelry and handbags.

You're up north but down here in FL we see a lot of vehicles (Harley's especially) that are purple similar to a Malbec Black. I always find it strange to see purple Harleys with bearded middle aged men but it seems to be a common color in that particular community. As for the Malbec Black on the G it was definitely on my short list but so darn hard to find. My personal preference list went Malbec Black, Vibrant Red, Obsidian Black, and then Moonlight White the rest of the colors don't do anything for the sedan IMO. Of course I had to settle for number 3 on my list but I'm just happy to have my sedan and to be able to make it my own.

Same here- my wife likes purple, but it's just not for me. I think the metallic depth and color changing ability of that color in sunlight is cool, but just not my hue. If it were the dark metallic blue they use in the GT-R (and now lots of other Nissans) I would probably be interested.
When I was searching for months on end for the car I got there was a dealer in NY who had one listed as black, but it was Malbec black. He was dying for me to take the car because it had been sitting there for quite a while. It was a good deal, but I just couldn't drive that color everyday.
is silver not on here cause its the worst? haha (i dont have a silver car jw)

Funny, silver actually should have gone on here before Blue slate... Quite a few of my cars have inadvertently been silver and I test drove a silver X... My bad, no ban stick necessary ...
One thing is for sure, Smoky Quartz was NOT on my radar and still is not a color I like, but guess what I ended up with...
And the pearl white looks like it belongs on a Cadillac Deville or something
Well... you're not wrong about that. Saint gets two points.
I'm not saying that Caddy's are classy, often more tacky than classy, however I've always felt pearl white was a classy color that makes a car look more upscale than otherwise.
Been a couple months since I've been active. Been very busy with this season's build though. But building this Stillen supercharged sedan over the course of the last 3 years has been super fun. New wheels are incoming as well as a wrap that is long overdue. Probably the last pics I post of the car in this color scheme
