You should check the tech area for ideas on what to do. You can do whatever you want to do to it.

why would you want to put a slim tires? unless u are running winter tires.
If you browse thru all the forum, u can see/study/learn/compare all the things people have been doing. mod at your own risk :) they can get costly... & break your bank. |
By slim tires do you mean lower profile tires with less side wall?

The most common first steps around here are either suspension, drop with springs or coils, wheels, or intakes. The probably sways and other cosmetic things. Check out the picture share section to get ideas and then start searching for specifically what you are looking for. There is a lots of options out there but yes it can get addicting and very expensive. |
u should drive it ?!!

throw an AWD switch in it. One of the best things I've done to mine!

Best answer yet!!! Drive it for a few months first. See what you like and dislike about the car, then start making changes. |

Only thing I suggest is a must are the hotckris sways. Anything else you want to do is up to you and what you feel the car is lacking or what you think will enhance the enjoyment...

The AWD switch was posted by either someone here or g35 forums, I'll throw a DIY up this weekend so everyone can see. What you are virtually doing is cutting power to the front awd module, which in turn is making it go into a 'safe mode' per se, so your awd light will turn on in the dash. Besides that you get no CEL or anything among those lines. The only damage is to your wheels as I've discovered donuts and burnouts... And btw I noticed an mpg increase!
