^ Great video - but in video 4 around the 30 second mark, check to make sure A/C compressor is working.

I'm dealing with that, too. Dealer claimed I was short of Freon by half-a-pound, so they evacuated and filled. Worked for just a short while.

I had an independent perform another evac-and-fill, he said it was a little low. I suspected a leak so he put in a flourescent dye tracer. Again, A/C blew cold for a short while then started acting up. A month or so later, he performed a pretty thorough inspection under the hood looking for that dye but couldn't find any. If there's a leak, it's behind the dash. Two weeks ago, I had him do another evac/fill and he said I was down less than a quarter-pound. If there's a leak, it seems small. I'm now leaning towards a control panel issue and am awaiting a used one I bought from our classifieds.

So, have a shop evacuate and fill your system. You'll know how much, if any, leaked. If you lost more than half-a-pound, the refill should take care of the problem. If not, have them inject tracer dye so they can later look for leaks.

Oh, does your new radiator have an A/C exchanger built in?

Slarti, did you try A/C pro? Supposed to have a sealant in it to stop leaks.
