Sorry guys, I totally f'd up on my own tire size. Don't know why I posted the wrong size, but the actually correct size tires I'm running are:
245/40/19 and 275/35/19

It's because you're running one size taller tires in the rear. The proper size should have been 275/40/19, not 275/45/19.
It's highly unlikely that you're running those sizes since they're VERY uncommon (or maybe don't even exist), but if you are, those are waaay too tall for your car. And like I said, the correct tire size you should be running are 245/40/19 and 275/35/19.
