Black Rubber piece I've heard called a guard, a shield and a spoiler..
 

I am looking for the rubber piece that is placed underneath the bumper so it stops the car from bottoming out, I can't find it anywhere on any infiniti website because I'm not sure what they are calling it - could someone please clarify what this piece is called or where I can purchase it? I have a g37x if that matters.

It should be OEM but yet I can't even locate it there - I see a piece similar to it called a rubber seal - could that be it?

easiest way to find out would be calling the dealer and asking them...i doubt anyone on here will know just cause its a really abstract piece (at least not the 'official' name)

I think you are referring to the spash shield, also called the under cover.

yea I believe it's number 9 - the only thing is it doesn't look like it has a lip to it that hangs just beneath the bumper - although now that I look at it, it appears to be one piece

It is only showing the top in that pic, but yes it does have a small lip otherwise known as a brush guard as part of it.
