Dynomat
Just had my G37S Dynomatted, if you have a chance to do it, do it. Makes the car a quiet ride!
Did you get any pics, and where did they dynomat?
More info would be nice
AMS in Santa Clara did the work. Removed everything except the headliner (side curtain airbags would have had to be reset). They did the work while I was out of town so no pics :( But what a difference it makes! Plus the FOCAL speakers (had them do that while they were at it) didn't hurt either
doesn't it make the car very heavy too?
does add about 100lbs (estimate)

no more than a passenger, I found it a bit noisy, now the inside sounds like an Audi....... nice!
can u pm me approximately how much u paid for it? im interested too. thanks! btw it's dynamat
i dynomatted my 2 doors....and yes, it makes a big difference...and also increases the bass a little bit...didn't go hardcore tho, only stuck a few pieces on places where the metal was flat and around the subs....
next project will be the rear deck.... |
1K, sorry about the spelling.... obviously not my strong suit :)
^ hmm 1k is a little steep for me. so u basically did the entire interior less the headliners huh. but do u feel its worth it for the price u paid? must be really quiet in the cabin! i bet u cant hear people honking at u :D
yea it is a little steep but noise is my pet peeve. Dunno about the honking but hopefully I don't have to figure that out! :)
