headrests don't tilt... right?

Even though they don't tilt, after test-driving the BMW 328xi, Acura TL, and Audi A4, I found the headrests the best positioned of them all.

I also wish they tilted.. at first I found myself reaching back to tilt them all the time.. lol

cant they just be switched for the M's headrest?

hmm if they can that'd be pretty cool, anyone got both vehicles to test out for us? :D

I had a 2006 VW Jetta that had tilting head rests. I definitely like the tilt option better!

What is up with these headrests??
they don't ajust forward or back but the are spring loaded forward.

I know this is an old thread, but has anyone tried the M's headrest in the G37? I loved the adjustable headrest in my M and would switch in a minute if it would work. Thanks in advance...
