window won't go back up to its original position
👋🏽 , the title says it all.. the windows goes up and down. but when i close the door the window won’t go up to it’s original position automatically. i’ve lowered the window a bit so it won’t hit and shatter the glass. so there’s no gap between the door frame and the window.
i tried to reset the window by holding it down but it didn’t work. my battery died and i had to change it. since then, my windows doesn’t work properly. any tips or recommendations are welcome. :-) edit: i have a 2012 G37x coupe |
Make sure your door switch isn't bad

Are you sure you are resetting it properly. remember hold it down till the window is all the way down. Continue to hold it for about seven seconds then go up with it till it hits the top with the door closed of course. And hold it for another seven . good way to tell if it's done properly is push the button down all the way to see if it rolls down WITHOUT you having to hold the button.

I'll check it out, thanks !
