Biggest tire size for G37 AWD Coupe on stock wheels

What's the biggest tire I can slap on my stock 18 inch wheels? Stock tire size is 225/50R18 all around.

Could 275-285/40R18 Rear and 245-255/45R18 Front work?

I like the tire sidewalls popping out of the rim look.

I am on stance coilovers so I can adjust the height.

Depends on the wheel width. I expect you have 7.5 inch rims. 245 is about the widest you should run. Tire Rack lists wheel widths that work for tires they carry.
