I have a 2012 infiniti g37 coupe ipl. I wanted try do burnout but wont work. I have taken off traction control dont work i tried holding the button in for like 10 seconds and the light goes off but does not come back on if I press it again it won’t come on unless i restart the car. I even took out the stomp fuse out break light dont work so I know is the right one and still does not burnout the engine cuts off around 2k rpms but it do spin for abit and it stops.

It's hard but can be done. Turn off traction control and put it in manual mode and do it that way. It won't up-shift to 2nd on it's own. Or just rev it and hurry up and release the brake. You have to be fast or like you experienced it will cut power. Or press the brake and if you give it gas it just right you can spin the rear tires while standing still, assuming you have rwd. If it cuts power you have to drive until it hits second gear before you try again or it's just going to keep cutting power.

so if i want to burnout still theres a set time for me to hit the gas to spin the tyres? Or how deep i hit the paddle?

There's no set time as the car will cut power if you press the gas and brake at the same time. You just have to be quick with it and time it right. Keep trying and you'll get it. Like i said you could just keep it in manual mode and do it that way. It'll rev till it hits the limiter.

This only works if you don't have sticky tires or if you have summer tires and it's cold enough outside. Or he could try it going up hill.

If it's real hot out the burn out is minimal, but with new summer tires and around 75* out a burnout isn't hard to do in my car. Trac control off and manual mode of course.

I cheat sometimes by turning traction control off when leaving the car wash. There's a 100 yards of wet road waiting for fish tails.

Or you could just spray some tire shine on your treads
