Revolution sensor location

I have been having a hard time locating the transmission speed sensor/ revolution sensor. My 2010 G37X has been having some shifting issues and i took it to get diagnosed by a transmission specialist and they informed me that the sensor is the culprit for the shifting problems. Does anyone have any idea where this sensor is located or have a diagram that pinpoints the location.

highly doubt its the sensor going bad. more than likely some mechanical component failure or wear and the sensor is reading that mechanical data. if there is absolutely no data on the scanner from that specific sensor then yes i would speculate the sensor has gone bad or is faulty.
