This has been the problem for some time, I only know of 2 hoods that they made so far. Good luck

i know theyre located in florida amd a couple months back at the time of the hurricane they had specified that all orders placed would be delayed due that. Not sure if they were ever able to start up again tho

yes they are running but customer serv. and timely production has taken a hit.
some have been waiting 4 or 5 months for product and have not been able to make contact by phone or email.
I ordered a custom front cf spoiler for the 2013 sport coupe bumper, after 2 months and no product when I asked for refund they never even started on the spoiler. Took me 3 weeks to get my refund.
Again if product is in demand (which it is) they should make a few just to keep in stock.
I have only seen 1 front spoiler for sport bumper and only 2 cf hoods for the G37 coupe.
I heard some are purchasing from ebay with much better results with less waiting time.
Synergy Components has already started making real cf interior parts for the G37 coupe and the Z cars, soon to come will be front sport bumper splitter, side splitters, rear diffuser.
Best thing is he can make almost anything you want, all with in around 21 working days.
He'll be adding more product to his website soon.

I ordered a couple parts from their website in February and I got them in June. They did reply to emails but at the end of the day it’s just a waiting game. Expect to spend a lot of money but don’t expect to get a lot customer service. The products will come though, eventually.

So... I ordered mine through Next Level Performance. It was ever so slightly cheaper, and I thought since it wasn't AutoKitsX directly, maybe they had some in stock to immediately send out. But alas, that is not the case.
Very similar situation. Lance at NLP gave me a tracking number from AutokitsX directly, but the tracking number hasn't been updated in nearly 2 weeks. I'm experiencing the same **** as everyone else, but I have a middle man instead.
Hopefully, soon.
