My G35S HR motor does that when I shut it off also. It's the throttle bodies closing and getting ready for the next restart I assume.

So I think it's my throttle bodies. It's the loudest when I put ears close to them.

Yeah I had a friend shut it off for me while I listened. I'm also thinking it's my throttle bodies.
